After successfully graduated MBA in Australia, Jim has been in real estate sales over 7 years and has had an excellent sales track record in the established properties and also brand new/off-plan market. He is an easy-going hard worker with a never give-up attitude. His strong negotiation, communication skills and rich experience always generates the vendors and purchasers exceptional results alike. His philosophy is that the agent should take the most pressure and stress during the whole process, making happy vendors and purchasers at the end.

Bilingual in Mandarin and English also gives Jim a big advantage for understanding both cultures to deal with buyers and sellers in decision making processes. 

Also residing in the City of Knox himself Jim sees the area as one with so much to offer everyone of us, Jim personally love all sorts of sports, particularly cycling, hiking/trekking, boulder climbing and indoor volleyball as my relaxing leisure.
