Maddi began her career in a high-end real estate office in Caulfield. She quickly progressed from reception to leasing consultant before working as an assistant property manager. Maddi has since gained further experience by managing large property profiles in other areas. She brings a wide-range of experience with various clients and is dedicated to providing excellent professional service with a smile. Her best qualities include customer service, problem solving, flexibility and market knowledge.

Outside of work, Maddi enjoys cheerleading, fire twirling and is a car enthusiast. Her adventurous personality also shines through with her passion for camping, boating and 4wding.
